Jenny is well known in the area for her creative menus and food, having worked in restaurants in Bairnsdale, Paynesville, Lakes Entrance and Metung over a number of years. Lauren grew up in the area and also worked in local restaurants in front of house and back of house positions. Their understanding of local produce and area assist them in sourcing and creating menus that reflect their love of Metung and Gippsland.
